Aren't there always issues?  This is just an index/quick links page to create access to all 
the various *issues pages*.  As they will come and go, there is little point in creating overall 
access to them.  It may contain short term plant info/specific house or room issues.  
All and all, they temporary (hopefully) and I want to be able to delete them easily.  
All of this is info no one likely cares about!  LOL.
